Workout Plans
A workout plan is £60. When you feel the need for a refresh of exercises and workouts, a check-in review is £40. You are able to visit me in person for PT sessions face to face in my private gym studio as and when with no contract.
This allows for you to only pay for new workouts and adjustments for progression when you feel ready for new goals or modifications for injury. You will always have your old plans and records to refer to.
Workout plans consist typically of 6-12 workouts to be used over a 2-3 week rotational basis. Plans are tailored to your short term and long term goals as well as workout style:
- Session Lengths
- Training Styles
- Day Splits
- Equipment/Gym access
The workouts are planned to reach full potential after 12 weeks. The longevity of the workout plans will vary for each individual due to factors such as;
- Personal knowledge
- Frequency of completion
- Nature of goals
