GWTF Spond Launches 2nd July

You can sign up now for GWTF using the Spond App.

This is a free management app where Sessions will be live and bookable by up to 3 people unless requested to be booked as a private session. 

To access Spond you will be required to fill in a PAR-Q, medical history and agree to Terms and Conditions. If you want to find out any more details or get an idea of available sessions please get in touch with me on WhatsApp, Instagram or email. 

The Session availability will go live on 2nd of July for Sessions to start 8th July.
